1. Refraction Service Disclaimer

Complimentary eye checks are waiver-based refraction tests designed to identify spectacle powers. They do not substitute for a pathologically detailed eye checkup performed under medical dilation by an Ophthalmologist.

2. Adaptation & Warranty Policy

We offer a 10-day adaptation guarantee on all progressive lenses fitted by our optometrists. If adaptation fails within 10 days, we modify the alignment parameters or convert them to single-vision lenses at no additional cost.

3. Authenticity Guarantee

Every pair of branded lenses (Zeiss, Essilor, Crizal) is delivered alongside its original manufacturer warranty card and certificate of authenticity.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for ocular discomfort resulting from structural modifications done to the lenses by unauthorized external opticians.
